Oyster and Chablis tasting with Oyster passport
Once you experience your oyster and Chablis tasting at SOLE Seafood & Grill you will be given an oyster passport that is your ticket to visit the four oyster farms from around Ireland. You can meet the people behind these incredible Irish oysters and find out how the lough in Carlingford provides their oysters’ nutrients or how Achill oysters grow in a sandy bay, which lies atop an ancient, sunken peat bog!
The four oyster farms are located in Connemara, Galway, Carlingford and Ennis Co.Clare
The tide in Carlingford Lough in conjunction with the freshwater flowing in from the mountainsides. give these oysters a very rich and distinctive sweet, slightly nutty flavour.
