We are delighted to give our customers a very special offering. From today, diners choosing one of the Seafood Towers at Sole Restaurant Dublin can enjoy fresh Irish seafood with one of New Zealand’s best wines, Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc.
Cloudy Bay
Cloudy Bay wine is among the first five wineries to be established in Marlborough, New Zealand. Marlborough is considered to be one of the finest wine regions in the world. Established in 1985, the winery was among the first five to be established in this region. Thirty years later, Cloudy Bay remains New Zealand’s most famous winery. Their Sauvignon Blanc is among their most world-renowned wines.
Afternoon Tower
Our delicious Afternoon Towers serves both hot and cold Irish seafood. The cold tier features Howth smoked Irish organic Salmon, Dublin Bay prawn cocktail and rock oysters accompanied with raspberry and shallot vinaigrette, lemon and tabasco served over ice. The hot tier serves up pan-roast Irish brown crab claws and streamed West Cork mussels with white wine and garlic cream. SOLE’s Afternoon Tower with a bottle of Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc costs €95.50 per tower per person.
Seafood Tower
The Seafood Tower includes Howth smoked Irish organic salmon, Dublin Bay prawn cocktail and rock oysters with traditional accompaniments served over ice. The hot tier of this tower features pan-roast Irish brown crab claws and steamed West Cork mussels with white wine and garlic cream served steaming hot. Our special offering of this with Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc costs €140 per tower for two people sharing as an entrée.
Captain Seafood Tower
The SOLE Captain Seafood Tower includes Howth smoked Irish organic salmon, shrimp and Dublin Bay prawns and rock oysters with traditional accompaniments served over ice. The hot tier features grilled Irish lobster, Irish brown crab toes and steamed West Cork mussels with white wine and garlic cream. This divine Tower can be served with a bottle of Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc which costs €180 per tower for two people sharing as an entrée.
The SOLE Seafood Towers served with Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc will be available daily from today.
A La Carte: Monday –Thursday from 5pm and Friday and Saturday from 12pm.
The SOLE Afternoon Towers served with Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc will be available Friday and Saturday from 12pm – 4.30pm.
