We’re open from 12 pm every Friday and Saturday serving a delightful selection of fresh Irish seafood, meat and seasonal produce. We have a selection of lunch options available including:

Set Lunch

Available from 12pm to 6pm on Fridays and Saturdays, this menu is the perfect excuse to enjoy lunch with friends after a day of shopping in the city centre. This menu includes Smoked Irish Organic Salmon, Scallops, Sea Bass, Fish’n’ chips and Moules Frites and much more! Enjoy 2 courses for only €39 pp.

Afternoon Towers

SOLE’s Afternoon Towers feature the freshest and best Irish seafood Ireland has to offer. Served with a hot and cold level; the cold level has Howth smoked Irish organic salmon, Dublin Bay prawn cocktail and rock oysters with raspberry and shallot vinaigrette, lemon and Tabasco sauce served over crushed ice. The hot level has delicious pan-roast Irish brown crab claws and Steamed West Cork mussels and served in white wine, garlic cream.
