Established in 1966, our closest and strongest working relationship, Kish Fish are Dublin born and bred.
From the first catch their dad sold at the old Dublin Fish Market, the O’Meara family have grown into the powerhouse they are today but never forgotten where they came from. Founded in the Dublin city centre fish market, Kish Fish is run by the O’Meara brothers, Tadgh & Damian supplying the very best hotels and restaurants

Through their acquisition of the old Thomas Mulloy’s smoke house on the West Pier of Howth, Kish Fish expanded their range to include their own smoked seafood range. Today Kish Fish specially smoke the finest Irish salmon for SOLE Seafood & Grill - something we are incredibly proud of and is one of our most popular dishes!
